Glammed Skincare Tips

Hey, Glammed Babe! Use these tips to assist with healthy, glowing skin!

 
#1. Use satin pillowcases because cotton pillowcases absorbs dirt, sweat and oil.

#2. Clean your face everyday,  TWICE a day. Mornings and at night before you go to sleep.

#3. Change/Wash your sheets every 2 weeks.

#4. DRINK WATER 💧Water hydrates and nourishes your skin! 

#5. Cut back on greasy/sugary foods.

#6. Avoid touching your face before washing your hands.

#7. Reduce your stress. Stressing literally overwhelms your mind, body and skin. Try replacing stress with mediation and fresh air.  

#8. DO NOT sleep in or lounge around in your outside clothes. Change your outside clothes before you lay on your bed!
